Thundercloud Ranch, located in Parrish, FL, is a Pristine Piece of Old Florida at just under 3000 acres and is managed to maintain outdoor native Florida habitat for wildlife while providing activities for our private members club. It is truly a unique recreational conservation arena enriched by wilderness and wildlife.

We are seeking that one special person who loves the outdoors as much as we do. An effective applicant would be a good fit with a skill set to safely operate machinery for tractor mowing, the ability to work with controlled burns, and ongoing invasive plant control. Will also assist Quail Guides with catching birds, after hunt cleaning and caping of birds, filing feeders, kennel cleaning, dog bathing, plus other ranch work as needed.

Our requirements are simply that you can learn quickly, have a passion for hunting and wildlife management. During hunting season, October-April, you may be required to work over 8 hours a day and possibly 7 days a week.

Pay to commensurate with work history: $18.00-$23.00 per hour.

Reasoning ability: Must be able to solve practical problems and be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Spanish language is acceptable but must be fluent in English to interpret safety documents, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Heavy equipment experience a plus. ATV/UTV experience is a bonus.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
