We are seeking a dedicated Ranch Manager to oversee the operations of our ranch.

The primary utilization of the property is for hunting purposes, different species of Whitetail, Exotics, Dove and Turkey game.

The Ranch Manager’s time will be to plan, direct, and manage approximately 20 employees and seasonal workers monitoring their daily duties. Tending to any and all tasks associated with the maintenance on the property and taking care of animals.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day activities on the ranch, including overseeing staff and coordinating tasks

- Capable of scheduling guides/contractors and hunts

- Ensure the health and well-being of all animals on the ranch

- Maintain and repair farm machinery, power tools, and equipment

- Manage of all breeding operations, ranch facility maintenance operations, hospitality and marketing.

Qualifications

- Must have ranch management skills

- Able to sell with proficient customer service skills

- Capable of processing of hunting report

- Previous experience in ranch management or a related field is preferred

- Proficiency in animal handling, farm machinery operation, whitetail deer and exotics

- Knowledge of basic math for budgeting and inventory purposes

- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage staff

- Operate heavy equipment for various ranch activities

- Conduct basic math calculations for inventory and budgeting purposes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
