Summary:
Wingshooting Guides are responsible for guiding guests on daily walking upland hunts
Responsibilities
Preference is given to those with prior guiding experience and their own team of well-trained dogs. Additionally, guides assist on various projects, caring for and training ranch-owned dogs, caring for our bird pens, assisting in our driven shoots as dog handlers and loaders. Positions start between April and July and end in late October/early November. Guides should be cross-functional and able to assist in guiding other activities and other positions on ranch during slow periods. Guides must have a clean driving record and have a First Aid/CPR certification and pass a background check and drug screening. Compensation includes a salary wage, service fee(end of year bonus), and room/board.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Previous guiding experience with hunting/shooting is required
