What to Expect in the Role:
- Guide King Ranch clients on hunts, when needed.
- Field dress game.
- Safely use and maintain firearms.
- Fill feeders in the commercial hunt pastures and check batteries.
- Score harvested animals and record data.
- Maintain vehicles and feeders.
What We Will Be Needing From You:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with firearms and safe handling.
- Knowledge of Global Position Systems.
- General knowledge of a four-wheel drive vehicle.
- Ability to keep up with basic maintenance of vehicles.
- Knowledge of use of chainsaw/pole saw and other power tools
- Computer skills; MS Office and electronic mail.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisor.
- Ability to interact effectively with coworkers and clients.
- Must be able and willing to work long hours and weekends as needed.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Ability to understand and comply with posted work rules and procedures.
- Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing, the ability to be an approved driver for the company and to safely operate vehicles.
