Hunting Camp Cook

This is a seasonal job, starting Sept. 1 and through Nov. 15. There are 6 five day camps during that period with a total of 40 work days of shopping, preparation and cooking. My cook of 10 years is retiring and won't be returning to my fall hunting camp this year. I am looking for a good cook to replace and would prefer that it be a local, or local within reason.My camps consist of 6 five day hunts, and are conducted out of my house in Guffey CO, fully furnished and a very easy setup for the cook, with sleeping quarters for the cook as well.. Open to either female or male cooks, but note that all of my hunting clients this fall as well as all guides are male. Just FYI, my cook of the past 10 years was a lady, and this worked well, as her husband also guided for me. Cooking for Groups of 7-12, depending on the week. Qualifications

- Food preparation and cooking skills

- Experience in a camp or outdoor cooking setting

- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures

- Ability to work in a remote location with limited resources

- Strong menu planning skills

- Previous experience in catering or serving roles
